Shant has been my builder for the last three years, doing major works in the construction and subsequent large-scale landscaping works for my swimming pool at Blueys Beach.  Since then on multiple occasions he has performed sizable remedial works on my house.

Shant is very professional in his assessment and execution of the job, and is very reliable in performing and completing the works.  He pays special attention to the materials he uses and the resultant finishes are very high quality.  In particular, no problem fazes him – he has a real “can-do” approach to the house maintenance problems that crop up, specially in a seaside location with its destructive elements – he has “rescued us” on many stressful occasions.
