The house was located at 63 Kinka Rd, Seal Rocks. The site was challenging on a steep slope, in sand and somewhat remote.

Shant's skill set is excellent, from carpenter / builder / design and administration. We managed to build an excellent product based on only approved DA base design drawings. Shant's work history / pedigree was completed with a high end residential builder in Sydney...which has served him well. The finished product in quality was excellent....no issues with defects after completion

Shant is very professional in his assessment and execution of the job, and is very reliable in performing and completing the works. He pays special attention to the materials he uses and the resultant finishes are very high quality. In particular, no problem fazes him – he has a real “can-do” approach to the house maintenance problems that crop up, specially in a seaside location with its destructive elements – he has “rescued us” on many stressful occasions.
His team are similarly reliable and skilled under his supervision. Shant is scrupulously honest in his scoping and pricing of the work he performs and he and his team are a pleasure to have on the property. I highly recommend him and his construction company to anyone contemplating construction or restoration work, and would be happy to provide a personal reference to anyone considering him as their builder.
