I engaged Fresh Constructions on a cost plus contract to complete a new build.....from foundation footings through to completion.
The house was located at 63 Kinka Rd, Seal Rocks. The site was challenging on a steep slope, in sand and somewhat remote.
Completed product is 5 bedroom / 2 bath / 3 car.
Shant's skill set is excellent, from carpenter / builder / design and administration. We managed to build an excellent product based on only approved DA base design drawings. Shant's work history / pedigree was completed with a high end residential builder in Sydney...which has served him well. The finished product in quality was excellent....no issues with defects after completion.
